UNIMAG AC, AC/AC, Forgings up to 15 m long, 40 t heavy.
UNIMAG 5600 AC has been designed for testing of 6 t heavy and 5,6 long crankshafts of diesel locomotives.
UNIMAG 13000 AC/AC and UNIMAG 14000 AC/AC
UNIMAG 13000 AC/AC and UNIMAG 14000 AC/AC are probably the longest MPI benches in the world and are used in Poland and in Japan for testing of crankshaft up to 14 m long and 35 t heavy. These cran shafts are designed for the maritime, or power industry.

UNIMAG 2000 FLAT
For everybody who requires reliable, safe and fast inspection of big rotary parts, we can offer UNIMAG 2000 FLAT, with AC/AC and HWDC magnetization of parts with diameter 2,5 m and up to 6 t heavy.
UNIMAG FLAT is using a very powerful cross yoke for fast magnetization of gears and for rings there is also available the split coil magnetization by AC, or HWDC.
MAGMAN AC/HWDC
MAGMAN AC/HWDC series is very often used for testing of forgings, casting and machined products in power industry.
High current generators MAGMAN series are designed to generating of magnetic field for magnetic particle testing according GOST 21105, EN 17638, EN ISO 9934, ASTM E 1444, ASTM E 709, ASTM A 275, ASME Code V., 7 etc. to testing of welds, iron castings, forgings, and wrought parts. Switching of current by galvanic separated switch (optic). Outer switches can be switch in the handle of prod, footswitch or from stationary bench.
Key features of MAGMAN AC/HWDC:
- Output voltage from 3,2 to 18,0 V; Constant Current Control
- Stepless current setting, TRMS digital measurement, for HW possibility of MagAmps value
- Manually switching or pulsating » 1 sec. ON / 1 sec. OFF;
- AC demagnetization as standard; „#“ marked types with reversing HWDC demagnetization
- Fluent start of current approx. 150 ms (protection before electric stroke overloading)
