ATG offers wide range of MPI benches for automotive forgings e.g. All our MPI systems UNIMAG for mass testing are equipped by combined AC/AC which ensures fast multidirectional magnetization and detection of all relevant surface defects of all orientations and on 100% tested surface. Many of our advanced solution systems which are dedicated for testing thousands of parts per shift are using customized options e.g. like a loading robots, step conveyres, multiple contacts, serial magnetization tools, or are using Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR) systems with cameras and AI instead of human operator.
UNIMAG 900 AC/AC - compact solution
Currently the most often used UNIMAG 900 AC/AC is a compaq solution for mass MPI of forgings for automotive and other industries. A part of delivery can be inspection cabinet and demagnetization with a conveyor. Such systems can test up to thousands of part per shifts and can work in 24/7 operation.
UNIMAG 600 - 900 AC/AC stainless steel, HP available
This series of benches is a power full bench made from stainless steel ready to heavy industry and a big number of the tested parts. Thanks to its AC/AC combine magnetization and high duty cycle can test up to hundreds of parts per hour without any rest. These machines already served for several decades in many countries under heavy load without a need for a specials service.

UNIMAG TWIN
If your parts have not optimal shape for standard benches, then we can manufacture for your “Y, V, U, T, X” shaped and other complicated parts UNIMAG TWIN system with individual multiple contacts, which ensure fast and reliable magnetization even if the shape part is extraordinery complex.
The equipment consists of a stepping conveyor, an AC UNIMAG TWIN magnetiser with pneumatic clamping, a 40 litres suspension tank with pump, a nozzle system for pouring the part, an exit conveyor with demagnetizing tunnel and a darkened inspection cabin with UV LED lamps and auxiliary white light.

ROBOMAG 1200 AC/AC
Is a MPI system designed for automatic MPI testing of screws and bolts for the transportation industry and also for nuclear bolts with an option for Automatic Defect Recognition system is a special area out of the bench.
AUTOMAG
MPI systems with step conveyor and serial, or parallel part magnetization circuits are dedicated to test thousands of part per shift with a minimal demand of number of operators and with robots and ADR there are no need for any operators anymore.
MULTIMAGs
For easy and fast magnetization of complex shaped parts in the automotive industry, ATG supplies customer solutions with more than 2 clamping contacts, current sources and magnetic circuits, ensuring magnetization of up to 100% of the tested part surface in one operation.
MINIMAG series
The MINIMAG is small (also portable bench) very useful for smaller workshops, or laboratories. This MPI bench can be delivered like a table top version with some of AC/HWDC MAGMAN power packs (than you can also transfer it by your car), or like a standard stationary MPI bench with electrical cabinet.
