FPI lines for other FPI applications
FPI lines are the most versatile NDT systems covering most of the typical requirements for surface defect testing in the industry. They cover most of the materials (aluminum, magnesium, steel, titanium, zinc, special alloys as Inconel, Waspalloy, ) and shapes which occur in industrial NDT. Typically FPI is used in Aerospace, Automotive or other manufacturing or MRO industry.
But also laboratories or training centers are in the need of FPI testing for their special purposes as personnel qualification, product development and similar.
LPM 45
LPM 45 is FPI line which is predestined for use in laboratories, training and qualification centers or small sample testing. The line is designed in stainless steel, combines positions for application of penetrant by spraying or by immersion, Allows also use on different types of penetrant including water washable and post-emulsifier. Developer is applied in stormbox. Size of tanks 300 x 300 x 400 mm allows to have flexible line on a small footprint.
