Wheel Tester AWT 950 NG

Advanced Wheel Tester for maximal diameter of wheel 950 mm – is designed for non destructive testing by eddy current method on general rotating parts with simpler roller surface and especially for testing of aircraft wheel rim surface.
The AWT 950 NG enables automatic testing of front and main aircraft wheels from all main producers of wheels for Boeing, Airbus etc. e.g. Goodrich, Honeywell, Messier and others.

AWM 100 Advanced Wheel Manipulator

AWM 100 manipulator for the aircraft industry is especially designed for handling purposes and optimized for eddy current testing of aircraft wheels. The device allows the operator to easily, safely and quickly handle and perform the necessary eddy current inspections. The manipulator operates exclusively with pneumatic components without the need for electricity. Manipulator can be installed on a ceiling structure or external steel structure.

EloWheel Rohmann

Aircraft Wheel Inspection System (aircraft wheels and comparable components) up to 1000 mm diameter and a maximum weight of 250kg. The associated EloWheel software visualizes the eddy current signals in such a way that the test results can be reliably evaluated. The system condition is permanently monitored and visually displayed to the operator.

The EloScan is the flexible robot testing system designed for eddy current testing of rotationally symmetric aero engine components and for complex geometries. The test systems meet and surpass many technical test criteria for the automated testing of aero engine components from a wide range of aero engine components manufacturers. The multiple-axis industrial robot works with a Rohmann eddy current device and a special version of the ScanAlyzer software in accordance with various test instructions.
